Feasibility study: which defines the objectives and methods of conducting the project, quantifies the necessary investments and the expected results, determines the priorities and schedules the activities of the resources involved

Design: data organization, application content characteristics and software selection, system architecture, connectivity, physical and logical security

Development: customization and parameterization of the selected ERP system, development of specific software code, database implementation, unit and system testing

Validation and testing: all operating conditions are foreseen as far as possible

Start-up: training for users, data transfer, interfaces with other applications, actual operation. After start-up we implement both corrective and evolutionary maintenance

The ERP systems we use most frequently are Dynamics AX from Microsoft, ACG from IBM for AS/400 and SAP.
